Rovio has Wednesday afternoon unveiled in a blog post that an upcoming game known as Angry Birds Go! will be coming out shortly.
Rovio isn’t specific, but the game developer promises that the game will “bring you closer to Piggy Island than ever before” and that “It’s Angry Birds, but not as you know it!” suggesting that the game play will be significantly different than the Angry Birds titles in the App Store right now.
Rovio teases the game at this link showing off what appears to be a red bird being flung down a road. It's very vague, and you can't really tell much from it except that this isn't something we have in current Angry Birds games. At least this means we will have something a little different this time around... hopefully.
Rovio says that they will regularly release updates about the game before it is released, but they haven’t given much information about when the game will be released, so we will just have to sit tight and see what happens. As usual, we will keep you updated.
