Pegatron Receives 15% of 4.7-Inch iPhone 6 Orders?

Pegatron has received 15% of Apple's 4.7-inch iPhone 6 orders ahead of the smartphone's September launch, according to Taiwan's Industrial and Commercial Times.

Apple will deliver a 4.7-inch iPhone in the third quarter, the market is also optimistic about the size of enlarged iPhone, expected to create a new wave of buying boom, and the master also won about 15% of new iPhone orders, is expected to begin in September of goods, coupled with the old iPhone 4S, iPhone 5C, estimated this year's iPhone Pegatron point total shipments of 50 million units , compared to 35 million units last year, a significant growth of 40%.

Previous reports had suggested that Pegatron would get 50% of iPhone 6 orders. The company posted a 22% jump in earnings this March which was attributed to the company's growing role as a supplier for Apple.

Apple is widely expected increase the screen size of the iPhone with some rumors suggesting a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch model could be possible. We've seen numerous leaked mockups in the past few days but these have yet to be confirmed.
