BGR is reporting that Apple will release a radically redesigned iPhone in August.
The site has confirmed that Apple is indeed giving some developers access to a device known as the iPhone 4S. BGR notes that while generally consensus has Apple releasing a new iPhone around September, their source says Apple may hold an event in early August to announce the new device and release it during the last week of August.
It's unclear what changes Apple has made to the design of the phone; however, TNW previously predicted a teardrop design.
