Skype has released an update to their iPhone, iPod touch application which adds SMS and Voicemail capabilities.
Skype gives you free calls and instant messages to anyone else on Skype. You can also cal landlines and mobiles and send SMS anywhere in the world, at great rates. Skype is free to download and easy to use.
What's New In This Version
- Support for the following languages: English, German, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Portuguese, Spanish, Norwegian, Russian, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Italian, French, Polish and Japanese.
- Send text (SMS) messages using Skype credit
- Voicemail support
- Improved dialing help when calling phones
Skype 1.1 is available free from the Apple App Store.
