Message Customiser is a new Cydia tweak that lets you easily control the look of iOS 7's Message app. Message Customiser allows you to select colors for the different SMS/iMessage bubbles, as well as letting you hide the bubble tails, show contact pictures in the conversation list view and also the ability to enable wide message bubbles. You can also enable/disable the gradient as well as change the color tint.
