PocketGamer has reported that the Sony PSPgo is looking into increase their number of developers-- making simpler and cheaper games for their PSN. Similar to the App Store.
They want to make the games costs anywhere from $0.99 to $4.99. In addition to Microsoft, even Sony is trying to expand with its "AppStore", convincing developers to create iPhone-specific applications for the PSP.
The system will not fail an approval process but will be mainly focused on quality control.
