At least that is what the application promises Wi-Fi Joker that will be launched on March in Cydia. The developer ensures that it accesses all the wi-fi networks, even those protected by WEP, WPA and WPA 2!
A version is already being tested by some users, and has reported that networks with WPA protection can not be accessed.
